To join Flex Fitness club, you must be 16 years old and above. It’s a really simple registration process and it’s all handled here on our website (attach website link / app download) or at the reception desk of our location / club branch where you wish to subscribe for your membership. All you need is some basic personal details like name, address, Civil ID number, email & mobile phone number and then your bank card for payment.

We offer an amazing innovative solution for access to Flex Fitness: We use QR Code readers located at the reception of the club. After you join, you need to login to your Flex App account to see the QR code on top of your mobile screen on the flex app; you simply go to the reception desk and Scan your QR code each time you want to enter the club facility during your membership period.

At Flex Fitness, you’ll find varying membership options dependent on your location starting from 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12-month options, but you’ll need to check with your preferred Flex Fitness branch to learn about the different types of membership plans available. Yes, however, if you have an active membership currently, the membership with your advance payment would be activated upon the expiration of your current membership. If you don’t have any active membership yet, you will have to activate your membership by 30 days of your payment date.

Yes, you can. It’s a single-entry pass valid for a day to use the club facility and the services at the branch you intend to work out.

We do not currently offer a family membership rate. Each membership is sold individually.

Yes. However, the corporate offers are varying for each location. It’s always best to check directly at the preferred Flex Fitness branch (attach “Club Locations › corporate price” link here) to learn what discounts are available for the corporate you are related to. A proof of corporate relationship or an ID card must be presented at front desk to complete your subscription formality and to get your subscription approved.

Yes! We do allow guests if you would like to bring a friend. Our guest policy requires that visitors come in during operating hours after coordinating with the front desk staff. There would be day pass fee payment applicable and each guest is required to sign in for the safety of our members!

The minimum age limit to join Flex Fitness is 16+ years. However, to promote fitness as part of your lifestyle from an early age, we offer a teenage Membership provided if their parent / guardian are member of our club and teenage member must be accompanied by them during the club usage. The workout program for teenage member will be as advised by the fitness trainer.

Flex fitness locations do not offer child care or day care. For that reason, our club policy does not allow for children to visit the club or to be present with their parent while working out.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes suitable for exercise; such as a formal sportswear like exercise pants or sweatpants or shorts, a t-shirt or long sleeve t-shirt, and a pair of comfortable tennis shoes. If swimming, wear appropriate swimming attire for swimming, a swimming cap is a must.

Every member Flex Fitness Club member gets a FREE session with a personal trainer which we call our “ONE TO ONE (O2O) PROGRAM (attach link to O2O appointment here)”. This plan is a road map designed for YOU to reach your goals and would be a great starting point for your fitness journey. It’s a 5 stage program to evaluate your progress and there would be follow up sessions to see the progress check & results review. If you ever have any questions or support needed in your routine exercise at club, we have the team of certified fitness trainers’ onsite ready to help you.

Flex Fitness clubs depending on its location offer Group Training classes and Team Workouts. These Classes are including in your membership. Booking fitness classes is simple for our members. Simply log into your Flex Fitness account (webpage or app link) on our website, click "book class" (attach link for “class appointment”). You can book 2 days in advance. You can cancel your class online by logging back in and click "cancel booking" (attach link for “class appointment”).

Flex Fitness offers lots of Personal Training plans (attach link for “PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM” by club location). Personal training is offered in a one-on-one format lead by a certified personal trainer, providing a very personalized experience. Small group training is similar to personal training, only it’s more fun as there are typically 2-4 people in a session which may provide accountability and an energy-filled atmosphere that keeps you motivated. The cost of a personal training is depending on both location and training type. Yes, we do! All Flex Fitness clubs have showers, changing rooms, bathrooms and lockers.

Our lockers are code operated. For safety reasons, we ask our members to select different lockers with different codes during their stay in the club. Lockers are only available for use during your workout, and we will automatically open when the club closes in the evening except the case that the lockers have been rented. While care is taken to ensure the security of our lockers, we can’t accept responsibility for items lost or damaged through theft or misplacement.

Yes, Flex clubs offer sauna, steam rooms, swimming pool and Jacuzzi but only VIP club for women club do offer tanning and heating beds.
